Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 4+ years in a quantitative business role with direct impact on B2C acquisition, retention, or churn strategies.
• Hands on experience analyzing customer KPIs including CPA, CLV, churn, and retention.
• Advanced, hands on SQL skills with the ability to write queries from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the full analytical lifecycle across customer acquisition, retention, and churn, from pre-campaign planning to post-campaign performance.
• Build and maintain customer forecasts integrating external pressures and internal variables to drive planning decisions.
• Monitor CPA trends across channels and scenarios to uncover growth and cost savings opportunities.
• Lead test and learn initiatives and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Diagnose variance between forecast and actuals and interpret signals about churn and market dynamics.
• Write SQL from scratch to pull and manipulate data for strategic insights.
• Leverage AI tools and workflow optimization to improve analysis delivery.
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
