Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive customer insights and analytics across Marketing and other business units. This senior role combines advanced analytics with program leadership, designing scalable reporting solutions, and guiding data initiatives from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
• 6+ years in Applied Projects experience: digital transformation, data management.
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business in a cloud environment.
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products; own project planning and guidance on ad hoc reporting.
• Design, enhance, and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and business segments.
• Lead comprehensive customer and market analyses across Ryder units to support marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity; steward data assets and governance.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across multiple systems.
