Crystal Bio Solutions in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Senior Scientist or Associate Principal Scientist to lead LCMS bioanalysis for PK and biomarkers, supporting pre-clinical and clinical projects. The role requires expertise in LCMS method development/validation, data interpretation, and mentoring junior staff, with a focus on quality, compliance, and client collaboration.
Strong candidates will have a PhD or MS in analytical chemistry or related fields and hands-on experience with GLP/GCLP
Competenze
- Ph.D., M.Sc., M.A., or B.A. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry or related fields with CRO/pharma/biotech experience.
- Hands-on LCMS method development and troubleshooting for small molecules and biologics (ADC, mAB, protein, peptide, oligonucleotide).
- GLP/GCLP LCMS method development/validation experience preferred; familiarity with LIMS and QMS systems.
Mansioni
- Propose assay design and develop/validate LCMS bioanalytical methods for PK and biomarker measurements.
- Serve as LCMS SME; present data internally/externally as needed.
- Oversee laboratory operations, mentor junior staff, and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and GLP/GCP/GDP standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
