Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC is seeking a hands-on Scientist to design, develop, and execute bioanalytical methods focused on LC/MS applications for biologics and biomarkers. You will develop and validate methods, perform data analysis, and support GLP-compliant studies in a fast-paced lab environment.

You will lead junior staff, communicate with clients, and contribute to method development, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, validation and execution of LC/MS assays.
• Ability to lead and plan experiments for junior staff.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Experience working in a GxP environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assay development, validation, and sample analysis of biologics and biomarkers.
• Plan and direct experimental design for junior staff.
• Drive projects to align with client timelines and communicate results to clients.
• Write methods, SOPs, and reports; perform data analysis and interpretation.
