Qualifications

• PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry with extensive research experience.
• 10+ years of directly related research experience.
• Minimum 2 years of personnel supervision.
• Experience in GLP, ICH M10, FDA/GLP regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead LC-MS/MS method development, validation, transfer and troubleshooting.
• Oversee daily operations of the bioanalytical LC-MS/MS lab and ensure data integrity.
• Mentor scientists, analysts and staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate multiple client projects; manage timelines and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with study directors and Sponsors on proposals and feasibility.
