Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Saint Charles, MO, seeks a Scientist I – Analytical Chemist to support ADME/DMPK studies using LC-MS/MS within a CRO/industry lab. The role emphasizes developed methods, validation, and robust data in a GMP/GxP framework.

Ideal candidates bring LC-MS/MS proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to lead small project teams to deliver timely, high-quality analytical data for client programs.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with LC-MS/MS in a CRO or industry lab for ADME/DMPK
• Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Mass spectrometry-based quantification in biological matrices
• Analytical method development and optimization
• Regulatory (FDA/ICH) method validation knowledge and experience
• SPE, liquid handling, automation, HTS and large-scale screening familiarity
• Leadership of small teams and project management experience
• US work authorization without sponsorship or restriction

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory work per safe and compliant laboratory practices
• Develops LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications
• Maintains data quality and reproducibility across studies
• Supports method validation and expansion of service lines
• Manages client projects with minimal supervision and clear communication
• Trains colleagues and end users on methods and data handling
