Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Saint Charles, MO, is seeking a Scientist I – Analytical Chemist to support ADME/DMPK analytical work in a CRO/industry lab. This role emphasizes LC-MS method development, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS/PhD with lab experience, experience with LC-MS or LC-UV, and familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. with 5+ years relevant lab experience, M.S. with 3+ years, or Ph.D. with 1+ year in a lab.
• Direct LC-MS/LC-UV experience in a CRO or industry lab for ADME/DMPK.
• Experience with QA/QMS and regulatory guidelines.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Performs lab work meeting physical job requirements.
• Develops LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications and supports method validation.
• Maintains high data quality and reproducibility.
• Takes ownership of client projects with minimal supervision.
• Supports validation of new methods and expansion of service lines.
• Adheres to GxP requirements and SOPs.
