Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Saint Charles, MO seeks a Scientist I – Analytical Chemist to support contract research. Responsibilities include developing LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK, maintaining instruments, and ensuring high data quality while working under minimal supervision.

The role requires a BS/MS/PhD with relevant lab experience and hands-on experience in LC-MS/LC-UV, HPLC, and instrument maintenance.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. with relevant lab experience in ADME/DMPK or CRO/industry
• Direct experience with LC-MS/LC-UV in an industry lab or CRO
• Experience with regulatory bioanalytical method validation is a plus
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory work meeting physical job requirements
• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications
• Troubleshoot and maintain MS and HPLC instruments (Sciex/Waters a plus)
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and samples for analyses
• Ensure data quality and reproducibility; assist study director as needed
• Support method validation and new service development
• Communicate project updates to clients and team
• Collaborate in a GxP environment and training when required
