Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Scientist I – Analytical Chemist to support the discovery CRO business. The role emphasizes LC-MS method development for ADME/ DMPK, data quality, instrument maintenance, and team collaboration in a GMP/GxP environment.

Ideal candidates have a degree with significant lab experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, with on-site full-time commitment and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with LC-MS or LC-UV in a CRO or industry lab for ADME/DMPK.
• Experience in a Quality Management System and bioanalytical method validation per FDA/ICH.
• Strong communication, time management, and data QC skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications.
• Perform and support analytical QC, data reporting, and study director collaboration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LC-MS/HPLC instruments and SOP adherence.
• Lead small teams and train colleagues when required.
