Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Saint Charles, MO is hiring an LC-MS Analytical Chemist to support ADME/DMPK projects and other CRO services. You will develop LC-MS methods, validate Bioanalytical assays, and troubleshoot mass spectrometry instruments while maintaining data quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with LC-MS/LC-UV, method development, and data interpretation, with a background in a CRO or regulated lab.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with LC-MS and/or LC-UV in a CRO or industry lab for ADME/DMPK
• Experience with validation of bioanalytical methods per FDA/ICH guidance
• Experience in QA/QC and data integrity practices

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory work meeting physical job requirements
• Develops LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications
• Maintains and troubleshoots LC-MS and HPLC systems
• Prepares buffers, reagents, and inventory
• Supports method validation and expansion of service lines
• Provides training to colleagues and assists study teams
• Ensures compliance with GxP requirements and SOPs
• Communicates project updates to clients and internal teams
