PEAC Solutions in Mt. Laurel, NJ seeks an experienced Litigation & Recovery Manager to lead distressed and defaulted equipment finance recoveries. You will oversee litigation, bankruptcy, repossession, and claims while balancing legal, financial, and customer considerations.

The role requires 7+ years in related fields, with strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. This hybrid position supports both on-site and remote work, based in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; legal education or paralegal background is a plus but not required.
• 7+ years in commercial collections, litigation management, recovery, or related fields.
• Equipment finance/leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial finance documentation, secured transactions, guarantees, repossession, bankruptcy, and deficiency recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex litigation, recovery, bankruptcy, repossession, and other matters arising from equipment finance and leasing.
• Develop and execute recovery strategies based on exposure, collateral value, and collection factors.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, and external counsel to optimize outcomes and manage costs.
• Monitor metrics on recoveries, legal spend, and timelines; report to senior management.
