Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for Latin America region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and support to local teams, including payroll processing, compliance, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for alignment and communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and employees.
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues, providing guidance to local teams.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws, ensuring compliance and guidance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on payroll trends and opportunities.
