RXO is hiring a Senior Manager, Last Mile Operations to support home delivery services for multiple clients. You will manage staff, supervise drivers, and partner with sales to grow operations while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Project).
• Supervisory experience in transportation/supply chain environment is a plus.
• P&L experience and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract metrics compliance and maintain high operational standards.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; build contractor team.
• Direct and guide front line management; oversee drivers across regions.
• Build customer relationships to drive continuous operating improvements.
• Oversee P&L and collaborate with national sales for growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize delivery operations and performance.
