Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract metrics.
• Maintain high standards for operational activities.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; build contractor base.
• Direct and guide front line management staff.
• Manage contract drivers across multiple locations.
• Build relationships with customers to drive improvements.
