Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Last Mile Operations to support home delivery services for multiple clients. You will manage field operations, maintain strong relationships with customers, location managers, and drivers, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of operations experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; supervisory and P&L experience are highly valued for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Project).

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract metrics compliance and operational standards.
• Maintain high performance across all operational activities.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; build a contractor base.
• Direct and guide front line management staff.
• Manage contract drivers across multiple regional locations.
• Build relationships with customers for continuous improvements.
• Oversee P&L and budget responsibilities.
• Collaborate with national sales to grow business.
