Job summary

SERVPRO Team Holland is seeking a Large Loss Restoration Project Manager to lead on-site operations in central Maryland, ensuring a seamless, full-service restoration experience for clients. You will coordinate production plans, engage with insurance partners, and drive the project from start to finish with a customer-first mindset.

You will own documentation, communicate progress, and manage subcontractors, aiming to exceed customer expectations on every loss event.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in restoration
• Willing to be on-call 24/7
• Valid driver’s license required
• IICRC water and ASD certifications preferred
• 2+ years managing large commercial/residential losses
• Experience with time & material jobs

Responsibilities

• Own the job on-site with action plan and production control.
• Collaborate with on-site POC, crews, insurance partners, and subcontractors.
• Liaise between divisions to serve the customer and provide updates.
• Promote SERVPRO as the premier full-service brand.
• Own site documentation for services rendered and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Deliver a full-service white-glove experience to customers.
• Take ultimate responsibility for large loss projects.
