Job summary

SERVPRO of Chesterfield is hiring a Large Loss Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, driving operational excellence on the front line.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management or estimating, experience with Xactimate and DASH preferred, and travel readiness. A valid driver’s license and IICRC certifications are strongly preferred; you will coordinate teams, liaise with clients, and ensure quality results.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating.
• Xactimate and DASH experience preferred.
• Experience working in the restoration field, with preference in disaster relief.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• IICRC certifications strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee Project Managers, crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
