Job summary

SERVPRO of Chesterfield is hiring a Large Loss Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews, ensuring scope, estimates, scheduling, and client satisfaction. The role requires leadership on front-line teams across multiple sites in disaster restoration.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in PM or estimating, experience with Xactimate/DASH, and a willingness to travel. A valid license and preferred IICRC credentials are noted, with opportunities for advancement and a strong team

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating.
Xactimate and DASH experience preferred.
Experience in restoration/disaster relief.
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
IICRC certifications strongly preferred.
Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using software.
Negotiate project scope and approvals.
Schedule and oversee Project Managers, crews, and resources on active projects.
Review site docs and ensure client requirements and billing.
Maintain communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
Manage production expenses including equipment and vehicles.
