Qualifications

• Advanced Xactimate experience required.
• 5+ years' experience handling field property personal lines claims.
• Knowledge of policies and endorsements coverages.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of high exposure claims; communicates with insureds, claimants and involved parties.
• Participates in High Damage Reviews to address coverage issues and exposure.
• Handles 1st and 3rd party claims under multiple policy types and endorsements.
• Performs on-site inspections when needed and negotiates claims with insureds and attorneys.
• Responds to customer inquiries, makes decisions, and closes files as appropriate.
• Mentor and provide SME guidance to less experienced adjusters.
