The role is field-focused, handling complex homeowner claims with travel to customer homes and occasional office visits for meetings and trainings. The candidate should have 5+ years of field property claims experience, advanced Xactimate skills, and preference for handling claims over $50,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience handling field property personal lines claims.
• Prefer someone who has handled claims over $50,000.
• Advanced Xactimate experience required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate origin and cause of high exposure claims and coordinate with insureds, claimants and other parties.
• Perform on-site inspections, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and close files.
• Interpret policies and endorsements to apply coverages to assigned losses and provide status updates.
