Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of claims handling procedures and operations.

• Ability to handle highly complex, high-exposure claims with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate high‑severity property losses, determine coverage and adjust the claim.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑exposure claims with minimal supervision.
• Inspect loss sites, write appraisals, and issue payments where possible.
• Independently scope large losses and coordinate with network contractors.
• Mentor team members and support the claims manager as needed.
