• Advanced knowledge of claims handling procedures.

• Licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate high-severity property losses and determine coverage.
• Adjust all aspects of the claim to the dwelling and structures.
• Inspect loss sites in person and write repair appraisals.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs and living arrangements.
• Mentor team members and support the claims manager.
• Lead catastrophe duty when needed.
