Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of claims handling procedures.

• Proficiency with multi-faceted systems and analytics.
• Completion of advanced property training is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years of related work.

Responsibilities

• Investigate high-severity property losses and determine coverage.
• Adjust the claim for dwelling and other structures with minimal supervision.
• Inspect loss sites and write appraisals for repairs; issue payments where possible.
• Independently scope large losses and coordinate with network contractors.
• Mentor team members and support the claims manager as needed.
• Coordinate vendors and emergency repairs to keep recovery moving.
