In this hybrid role, you will serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends, coordinate with internal teams, and help expand offerings such as vision coverage for employers in the 50+ market across South Carolina.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years in health benefits, preferably in account management.
• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Current South Carolina health insurance license.
• Strong understanding of finance, underwriting and rating of group insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Foster relationships with clients and brokers in the 50+ market to ensure retention.
• Lead renewal and implementation processes with clients and brokers.
• Educate clients and brokers on best practices and service offerings.
• Support onboarding and coordination with internal departments for onboarding.
• Propose additions of vision and other benefits to expand offerings.
