Job summary

SeibertKeck Insurance Partners in Ohio and Kentucky is seeking a Large Commercial Account Manager who thrives on service excellence and client retention. You’ll manage coverage placement, policy maintenance, and renewals while delivering proactive advice to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

With a focus on technical expertise and relationship building, you’ll work with underwriters, carriers, and producers to place risk appropriately and respond to client inquiries promptly in a hybrid,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of P&C Large Commercial Account Management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages.
• Proficiency in AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted partnerships with clients, underwriters, and producers.
• Maintain high satisfaction within your assigned book of business.
• Collaborate with carriers and specialty markets to find the best placement for clients.
• Provide technical expertise to assist clients and producers with new business opportunities.
• Review existing policies to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage renewal processes, beginning 90 days prior to expiration.
• Conduct regular service calls and respond to client inquiries.
• Process endorsements, certificates, audits, and change requests.
• Report claims in accordance with departmental guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, real-time updated client files in agency management system to prevent E&O exposure.
