SeibertKeck Insurance Partners in Ohio is seeking a Large Commercial Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines clients. You will handle coverage placement, policy maintenance, and client satisfaction as a relationship-driven insurance professional.

The role involves partnering with underwriters, carriers, and producers, overseeing renewals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while delivering expert service in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of P&C Large Commercial Account Management experience
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy provisions
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance products and coverage interpretation
• Ability to analyze, explain, and apply coverages to meet client needs
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted partnerships with clients, underwriters, and producers
• Maintain high satisfaction within the assigned book of business
• Collaborate with carriers and specialty markets for best placement
• Provide technical expertise for new business opportunities
• Review policies to identify cross-sell opportunities
• Manage renewals 90 days before expiration
• Conduct regular service calls and respond to inquiries
• Process endorsements, certificates, audits, and change requests
• Report claims per departmental guidelines
• Maintain real-time updated client files in AMS-360
• Ensure agency-bill policies are invoiced accurately
• Act as a Key Liaison
• Other duties as assigned
