Job summary

SeibertKeck Insurance Partners in Ohio is seeking a Large Commercial Account Manager to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial lines clients. You will handle coverage placement, policy maintenance, renewals, and client satisfaction in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Property & Casualty, has 2+ years in large commercial account management, and excels at interpreting coverages and advising clients on risk and solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in P&C large commercial account management.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy provisions.
• Knowledge of insurance products and coverage interpretation.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Proficiency with AMS-360, ImageRight, MS Office, and web tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with clients, underwriters, and producers.
• Maintain high satisfaction in the book of business.
• Collaborate with carriers and markets for optimal placements.
• Provide technical expertise for new business opportunities.
• Review policies for cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage renewals starting 90 days prior to expiry.
• Conduct regular service calls and respond to inquiries.
• Process endorsements, certificates, audits, and changes.
