Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or business administration or equivalent experience.
• Five years of commercial underwriting experience, preferably in large accounts.
• Experience with high-premium, loss-sensitive or complex risk profiles.
• CPCU designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined Large Accounts portfolio within underwriting authority.
• Evaluate complex multi-line accounts to determine pricing and risk selection.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for Large Accounts.
• Maintain underwriting documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with brokers and agents to drive growth and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership on agency strategy and market updates.
