Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance or business.
• Five years' commercial underwriting experience.
• Experience with large accounts (>$500K premium) preferred.
• CPCU designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a defined Large Accounts portfolio and drive profitable growth.
• Evaluate complex multi-line accounts for pricing, coverage, and risk.
• Apply underwriting guidelines using history, financials, and pricing tools.
• Maintain underwriting documentation for sound decisions and compliance.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for Large Accounts.
• Build strong broker/agent relationships to drive growth and retention.
• Educate agency partners on EMC’s Large Accounts capabilities and systems.
• Conduct agency visits to discuss opportunities and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on agency strategy and business development.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal partners.
• Monitor market trends to inform underwriting and growth strategies.
