Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled landscape maintenance for commercial properties. Working independently, you will perform complex landscaping tasks, operate commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensure proper care of plant materials and landscape elements.

You will lead on site when the Crew Leader is away, train teammates, manage safety topics, and help solve scheduling challenges while delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Certified on level 3 equipment and pesticides, with accident-free track record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail and quality results.
• Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader is not on site.
• Coach team members and reinforce safety during tailgate talks.
• Operate mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers; prune shrubs and maintain beds.
• Identify irrigation issues and coordinate repairs with Crew Leader.
• Train crew on preventative maintenance for trucks and trailers.
