Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscaper III to maintain industrial, commercial, and public properties. You will work independently on complex tasks, operate commercial equipment safely, and care for plant materials and landscape features.

Responsibilities include leading when the Crew Leader is away, solving on-site challenges, completing punch list items, and delivering quality results while coaching teammates on safety and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Certified on level 3 equipment.
• Certified to apply pesticides.
• Has demonstrated 6 months of accident-free performance.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail.
• Lead and perform duties when the Crew Leader is not on site.
• Work with the Crew Leader to solve problems and overcome schedule challenges.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Coach and remind the team of safety topics throughout the week.
• Operate mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers safely.
• Identify irrigation issues and repair sprinkler heads.
