Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. Working independently, this role performs complex landscaping tasks, operates commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensures the proper care of plant materials and other landscape elements.

This role includes leading when the Crew Leader is away, coordinating with the Production Manager, completing punch lists, and delivering quality results while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified on level 3 equipment (bed edger, chainsaw, power pole, pruner, leaf vacuum, skid steer).
• Certified to apply pesticides.
• 6 months accident-free performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail and quality.
• Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader is off-site.
• Repair and troubleshoot irrigation and sprinkler issues.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds; prune shrubs as needed.
• Coach team on safety and preventative maintenance of trucks and trailers.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support production with problem solving and scheduling.
