Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. Working independently, this role performs complex landscaping tasks, operates commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensures the proper care of plant materials and other landscape elements.

You will lead duties when the Crew Leader is not on site and coach teammates to deliver high-quality results, while remaining responsive to guests and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and dependable.
• Able to safely operate landscaping equipment and tools.
• Certified on level 3 equipment and pesticide application.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site details and quality results.
• Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader is off site.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers and other equipment safely.
• Identify irrigation issues and coordinate repairs with crew.
• Train teammates on preventive maintenance of trucks and trailers.
