Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Certified on level 3 equipment (bed edger, chainsaw, power pole, pruner, leaf vacuum, skid steer).
• Certified to apply pesticides.
• Has demonstrated 6 months of accident-free performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site detail and quality.
• Lead and perform duties when the Crew Leader is away.
• Collaborate with Crew Leader to solve problems and schedule challenges.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
