BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. The role involves operating commercial-grade equipment, performing complex landscaping tasks, and ensuring proper care of plant materials and landscape elements.

The position emphasizes independent work, safety, and the ability to lead when the Crew Leader is off-site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified on Level 3 landscaping equipment (bed edger, chainsaw, power pole, pruner, leaf vacuum, skidsteer).
• Certified to apply pesticides.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail and quality.
• Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader is not on site.
• Coordinate with Crew Leader to solve problems and meet schedules.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Provide solutions to deliver quality results.
• Operates mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment safely.
• Prune shrubs and trees to improve shape or growth.
