Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscaper III to maintain and enhance commercial and public properties. You will perform advanced landscape maintenance, safely operate commercial equipment, and support crew leadership in their absence.

You’ll manage pruning, planting, irrigation checks, and daily site care with a focus on quality and customer service. The role requires physical stamina, pesticide certification, and Level 3 equipment credentials.

Qualifications

• Certified to apply pesticides is required.
• Level 3 equipment certification is required.
• At least 6 months of accident-free performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail and quality.
• Lead and perform duties when the Crew Leader is not on site.
• Operate mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Prune shrubs and low trees; plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Identify irrigation issues and coordinate fixes with the Crew Leader.
• Maintain a polite, friendly demeanor with guests and customers.
