Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead and coordinate landscape enhancement services. The role includes directing personnel and resources, supporting Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, and selling enhancement services with or without base maintenance contracts.

You will oversee multiple service teams, train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Planet Certification required for hard and softscape installations.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with Account Manager(s).
• Manage landscape enhancement services including materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties and prepare action plans for service.
• Identify irrigation repairs and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape health and address insect or disease problems.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to crews; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Assist Branch Manager with staffing, scheduling, and hiring.
• Maintain administrative systems such as time sheets, job databases, and service schedules.
