Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Starlink Customer Success Manager (Land Mobile) in Hawthorne, CA to own post-sale relationships for Land Mobile accounts spanning agriculture, rail, trucking, OEM, heavy machinery, and other in-motion networks.

The role requires driving onboarding, activation, revenue, and health across the book, coordinating with engineering, finance, and operations, and maintaining a high standard of communication with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, OR 6+ years in account management, customer success, operations, or technical customer-facing role.
• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue (retention, realization, expansion, or collections).
• 5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Land Mobile accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management, and long-term growth as the primary customer contact.
• Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, certifications, and payments, and by raising risks early.
• Keep internal systems current so account status, risk, and opportunity are visible in one place.
• Monitor account health across contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing, logistics, in-motion or field performance, and customer relationship.
