Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Customer Success Manager (Land Mobile) in Bastrop, TX. This role owns Land Mobile accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth, serving as the primary customer contact across agriculture, rail, trucking, OEM, and other field deployments.

You will hit revenue targets, maintain account health, and coordinate with engineering, support, finance, and operations to ensure successful deployments and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field or 6+ years in account/customer success.
• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue.
• 5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Land Mobile accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management and long-term growth.
• Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, certifications, and payments.
• Keep internal systems current so account status, risk and opportunity are visible in one place.
• Monitor account health, including contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing, logistics, and customer relationship.
• Coordinate high-touch onboarding with hardware transitions, reseller partners, and deployment requirements.
• Document processes that support expansion and scaling of the Land Mobile book.
