Job summary

LJA Land Development seeks a Project Manager to oversee large, complex land development projects and to act as the senior oversight of project managers. You will be the primary contact for ongoing projects with clients.

You will build client relationships, manage scope, budget and schedules, supervise design teams, and pursue new business opportunities while representing LJA at events and seminars. This role rewards leadership and hands-on contribution within an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET‑accredited university (Civil Engineering preferred).
• PE Certification required or actively pursuing licensure.
• 20+ years of experience in Land Development delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam and water resources software (HEC-RAS & HEC-HMS).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and grow business in Land Development sector.
• Lead and manage the execution of land development projects.
• Develop scope, budget, and schedule for projects.
• Review design teams' performance and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop intermediate and long-range plans for system operation and expansion.
• Represent LJA at events and with clients to pursue new opportunities.
