As a Sr. Project Manager, you will organize, execute, and coordinate engineering work, supervise staff, and manage schedules and budgets. This role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and strategic project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or required.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience or master’s degree with 2-3+ years post-Master’s experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct large, important engineering projects with complex features.
• Supervise engineering and support personnel.
• Analyze project scope, RFPs and proposals; organize work and procedures.
• Develop and monitor design schedules to meet client and firm objectives.
• Develop and monitor client budgets and schedules.
• Lead as both team leader and client manager.
• Engage in business development, proposals and project management.
• Oversee senior engineers and technical staff as needed.
• Conceptualize initial design approaches for major project phases.
• Coordinate projects with conventional and complex design requirements.
