Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer certification is required.
• 6+ years of land development experience preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct large engineering projects with complex features.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans and reports.
• Analyze project scope, RFPs, and firm proposals; organize work and procedures.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques and practices in a specialized field.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants and communicate effectively.
