In this role, you’ll guide technical advisory, develop business, and help shape project delivery with collaborative methods. Strong communication and local market experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and PE licensure.
• Proven land development experience in the local market required.
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct large or multiple complex land development projects.
• Lead due diligence and entitlement activities for master planned communities.
• Serve as brand ambassador and develop market presence.
• Meet with clients, participate in business development, and attend events.
• Provide technical advice and act as subject matter expert.
• Improve internal processes for delivering projects.
