Job summary

TYG in Denver is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Land Development to join a growing team. You will lead land development projects from planning through permitting and construction, and you will build strong client relationships while mentoring project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of land development experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with familiarity with Colorado municipalities and reviewing agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of civil engineering/land development experience.
• Experience managing land development projects and teams.
• Experience with Colorado municipalities and reviewing agencies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from planning to construction.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and overall delivery.
• Oversee civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review plans, reports, calculations, and construction documents.
• Navigate entitlement, permitting, and agency approvals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and project staff with technical guidance.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
