TYG is seeking a Project Engineer to advance land development projects in Texas. You will design and deliver projects from concept through construction, coordinating with managers and clients to keep schedules on track.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a Texas PE or reciprocity, and 3–5+ years of land development experience. Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of grading and drainage are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Texas P.E. license or ability to obtain via reciprocity (E.I.T. candidates considered).
• 3-5+ years of land development engineering experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Civil 3D (or similar).
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and site infrastructure design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support land development project design and delivery from concept to construction.
• Assist with site planning, grading, drainage design, and utility layout.
• Prepare and review plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with project managers on schedules, tasks, and client coordination.
• Coordinate with local agencies for permitting and zoning compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Provide practical, cost-effective, and innovative design solutions.
