Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and local jurisdictional requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects.
• Handle site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Support entitlements, permitting, and agency coordination.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants from concept through construction.
• For PM-level candidates: lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client relationships.
