Job summary

TYG is hiring a civil engineer to work on land development projects, including site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. You will coordinate with clients and consultants from concept to construction, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The role involves entitlements, permitting, and agency coordination, with potential PM responsibilities such as leading project teams, budgeting, and maintaining client relationships across residential, commercial, and mixed-use

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and local jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects.
• Handle site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Support entitlements, permitting, and agency coordination.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants from concept through construction.
• For PM-level candidates: lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client relationships.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and local jurisdictional requirements
• Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering projects
