TYG is seeking a Land Development Senior Project Manager in Chicago to lead major land development initiatives within a growing civil engineering practice. You will oversee project teams, maintain client relationships and drive project delivery with a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
The role requires 10+ years in civil/land development, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication capabilities.
Competenze
- 10+ years of civil engineering or land development experience.
- Proven experience managing land development projects.
- Strong business development and communication skills.
Mansioni
- Lead the delivery of complex land development projects.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources and profitability.
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
- Provide direction to Project Managers, Project Engineers and design teams.
- Oversee site design, grading, drainage, stormwater and utility coordination.
- Guide permitting strategies and municipal approvals.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Support proposals, fee negotiations and business development.
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Contribute to team development and the growth of the land development practice.
