Are you ready to be part of a growing team, make your mark on some of Denver’s most impactful projects, and provide mentorship and leadership to a group of dedicated engineers? Our client is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their land development practice based in Westminster, CO.

Our client is a dynamic, engineering and surveying consultancy with an employee-centric culture and a community-driven portfolio featuring some of the Denver area's highest-profile private and public developments.

In this Senior Project Management role, you will lead the successful delivery of complex and large-scale site/civil projects while overseeing multiple project teams and supporting overall excellence in project delivery. The Senior Project Manager serves as a senior-level point of contact for key client relationships and plays a critical role in mentoring staff, strengthening team performance, and contributing to further business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical oversight across multiple projects, ensuring design quality, constructability, and alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Review and guide complex site design elements, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway systems across a variety of project types
  • Oversee the preparation and finalization of engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure consistency and quality across teams
  • Lead and enforce QA/QC processes across projects, reviewing work produced by Project Managers and their teams to reduce risk and maintain standards
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects and project teams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget and client expectations
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment, promoting strong communication, trust, and performance
  • Lead and oversee multiple project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and engineering staff
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability for overall team and project outcomes
  • Actively contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, supporting pursuits, and helping secure new work
Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience within the land development/site civil engineering field.
  • Colorado-based experience preferred
  • In possession of PE
  • A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.
  • Have a passion for collaboration throughout the design and execution of projects.
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers in land development/site civil.
