Job summary

Faithtalent Advisors seeks a motivated Project Engineer to join our Colorado civil engineering team focused on land development, municipal projects, and permitting. You will lead multidisciplinary efforts, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You’ll design site plans using Civil 3D, coordinate with clients and local agencies, prepare reports, and support proposal development while mentoring junior staff in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
• Colorado PE license or 8-10 years municipal land development experience.
• Experience leading oil and gas permitting, land development, and municipal projects.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and related software.
• Strong communication and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage oil and gas permitting, land development, and municipal projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, environmental specialists, and other engineers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prepare and submit oil and gas permits and related documentation per regulations.
• Oversee the design of land development projects and prepare site plans using Civil 3D.
• Engage with local municipalities to understand project requirements.
